What are the different user roles on the Bildly platform?

On the Bildly platform, there are three main user roles for managing projects: project manager, channel worker, and channel observer.

The project manager can add new people to the project, assign them channels, and define their roles. The project manager has access to all project channels and the conversations within them.

The channel worker has access only to the channels they are assigned to.

The channel observer has access to the channels they are assigned to, but cannot perform actions like uploading files or writing in conversations. However, the observer can view and download documents and read conversations.
